Personal data processing

Who processes the data
The data controller is Amrplus LLC, the owner of setkasetka.com. Below, "we".

What we collect
Only what you enter in the request form yourself:
- a contact for the reply: phone number, messenger handle or email address, depending on the channel you chose;
- your name, if you gave one;
- request parameters: mesh type, mesh size, diameter, format, quantity, delivery city, timing;
- a comment and an attached specification, drawing or photo, if you attached one;
- technical data: the page the request was sent from, campaign tags, IP address and the date of submission.
We do not ask for passport details, health information, biometrics or other special categories of data. Do not enter them in the form.
Why
To answer your request: select the netting, prepare an offer with a price and lead time, confirm missing parameters and agree the delivery. We do not use this data for anything else.
We do not send marketing mailings based on a request from the site. If you want to receive them, consent is taken separately.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box before sending the form. The box is unchecked by default, and the form is not sent without it. You can also contact us directly by phone or messenger without leaving data on the site.
Who receives the data
Request data is stored on our server in Denmark and goes into our request tracking system, which is password-protected. We do not sell or pass it to third parties, except where the law directly requires it.
To prepare an offer we ask manufacturers and suppliers for prices. Such a request contains only the technical parameters of the netting: material, mesh, diameter, quantity, sizes. Your contacts, name, comment and attached files are not passed to suppliers.
Attached files are not sent to third-party AI or analytics services.
How long we keep it
The request and the correspondence about it: while we work on your request, and then within the period set by law for transaction documents. If there was no transaction, we delete it at your request.
How to withdraw consent and delete data
Write to us in any messenger or call and say that you ask to delete the data. Give the request number or the contact you left; that helps us find the record faster. We delete within thirty days and let you know.
You can also ask which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or block its processing.
Cookies and statistics
The site keeps a draft of the unfinished form in your browser so you do not lose what you entered. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Visit statistics use Yandex Metrica. It collects anonymized visit data: pages, referrer, device. Contacts, comments, file names and site details are not passed to statistics. You can disable collection in browser settings or with a blocker.
Changes
If the document changes, the new version appears at this address with a new date.
